Friday Favorites Summer Style

It’s Friday!! Three cheers for the weekend! And…it’s summer. Time for vacations, lazy afternoons, beach bums, summer fruit, water gun wars, reading a good book, and so much more. Think about what makes your summer Fridays awesome. Now, make a list and do some of those things..or don’t do anything. Take time for yourself. Relax. Unwind. Enjoy life! Baby, It’s Hot Outside!

Moxie Girl is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona and when we get to this time of year, heat is a daily issue. Baby, it’s hot outside! But, guess what? It’s even hotter in your car. Especially if it’s parked out in the open all day long. Even an hour in a grocery store parking lot can create a solar oven right in your vehicle. So, it’s time to clean out your car of anything that can melt, burn you, or cause a problem and use some common sense when it comes to functioning inside your car. Make sure to check in every obvious and less obvious place of your car for things that can melt. If you’ve got kids, you’ll be surprised at what you find stuffed in a seat crevice or buried in a storage bin in the very back of the car.
