Don’t sweat it, don’t fret….you’ve got this. #1-Plan the Menu: This can be done weeks in advance provided you know how many people will be attending. If you haven’t done so, invite your guests now so you’ve got a good head count. I always take into consideration that I might make a few last-minutes invites so up the head count by just a few. As you plan the menu, decide whether you are doing ALL the food prep or you want to ask your guests to bring a side dish. Preparing for Thanksgiving: 6 things to do early

I believe that some of my best work is done under pressure.  In college I was the girl who, when I had a 10 page paper due Monday morning, I would start writing at 11pm Sunday night and get an A on the paper. Why stress for weeks about a term-paper? Instead, I would stress for 6 hours while writing, take a 2 hour nap, and go turn in my masterpiece to my 8am class.
