One Such Project…

Moxie Girl recently helped one of our existing clients, who lives out of state, take a newly purchased a condo from “as- is” to “guest ready.” The two bedroom two bath condo had formally been a long-term rental and there was much to be done to bring it to the desired condition.

Moxie Girl advised the client on just about every aspect of the transformation. Moxie also became the owner’s eyes and ears through all of the painting, flooring, lighting and mirror installation by contractors. Moxie Girl regularly reported on and provided photos of the remodeling progress to the owner and alerted him to any potential issues.

Once the interior was ready, the owner furnished the home to sleep five adults, maximizing potential rental income on the two bedroom condo. Moxie Girl ordered all of the “essentials,” bath and bed linens, dishes etc. from Amazon.com and filled in the “soft touches.”
